How does online DVD rentals work and how do I join?

It’s actually quite easy; first you create an account on our secure sign up page, choose your user name and password, membership plan, provide us with your mailing, e-mail (please make sure your e-mail address is correct, you will receive an activation e-mail at this address when your credit card has been processed), phone number (used only if we need to contact you about your membership) and your credit card information. To verify your account information and identity we require a valid credit card for all memberships. Vermont residence 6% state tax will be included. Your credit card will be billed monthly so you do not have to reregister every month.

Check the box that you agree to our rental terms, then press continue. Your credit information will be processed and will take a few moments. When your credit card has been verified you will receive a congratulatory activation e-mail telling you to first activate your account using the link provided then you can log in as a member and start to build your DVD wishlist. (If you do not receive your activation e-mail, please contact us immediately and we will activate your account for you). We will process your DVD request and will send you your first available DVD immediately. Keep you rental list full so you can always have a DVD shipped to you. You can change the order, delete and add titles at anytime.

Free Shipping and Postage

Select your movies and we will send you according to your rental plan the top available DVD’s in your list. When you finish watching a movie, simply put it in its prepaid envelope and mail it back to us. After we receive it, we’ll send your next available movie. Shipping is always free both ways and no late fees, keep the DVD as long as you like, no hidden charges.

What plans do you offer?

Gogaydvd.com at the moment offers three rental plans:

2 DVD titles per month

$4.99 / limited 2 rentals per month

1 DVD title at a time

$10.99 per month / unlimited

2 DVD titles at a time

$15.99 per month / unlimited

Vermont residents will be charged 6% state tax.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a valid MasterCard or Visa credit card. Your credit card will be validated at the time of account processing.

Please contact us if you decide to change or add a new credit card to your account at: support@gogaydvd.com If you add a new credit card to your account, an authorization fee of the membership plan may be charged. We receive no funds from this transaction. However, some banks or credit card companies choose to reserve the funds, making them temporarily unavailable to your account. The authorization usually expires in 1 – 5 business days, depending on the bank or credit card company’s policy.

Change or Cancel your Membership plan

You can easily change or cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day by e-mailing us at: cancel@gogaydvd.com and tell us if you’d like to cancel your membership. You can also go to the “update subscription” link provided in the member’s section to change or cancel your membership. Choose what you’d like to do then click on the update button. There are no membership change or cancellation fees. If you decide to cancel your membership you must first return all DVD’s that are in your possession in order for your cancellation to be processed. Your membership change or cancellation will take affect on your next billing cycle.
