What is gogaydvd.com?
Gogaydvd.com is an online DVD rental site created
for the LGBT community designed to support our LGBT filmmakers. At gogaydvd.com
you can choose between two unlimited membership plans and one limited membership
plan of DVD rentals for a monthly membership fee. With the unlimited plans you
can watch as many movies as you want, the limited plan is two rentals per month
all plans feature no late fees. Part of your monthly membership goes to our
LGBT filmmakers through the IGVFC Network and Producers Collaborative, also
providing future short film compilations, original programming by consortium
filmmakers and exciting digital streaming.
How do I become a member?
Becoming a member of gogaydvd.com is easy; just go
to our secure sign up page, choose a user name and password, select a
membership plan and enter your mailing and e-mail addresses (please make sure
you enter your e-mail address correctly you will receive an activation e-mail
after your credit card has been processed), phone number (only use to contact
you about your membership) and credit card information. Check the terms and
conditions box (if you like to review our terms and conditions page, a link is
provided) then press the continue button at the bottom of the sign up page.
Your credit card and personal information is processed at this time and will
take a few moments to process. When your credit card is validated you will
receive an activation e-mail from gogaydvd.com please use the activation link
provided then you can login as a member and start to build your wishlist. If
your credit card is not excepted you may reregister with a different credit
card.
Membership fees are billed automatically to your
credit card on a monthly basis so you do not have to register each month. You
may cancel at anytime please see our cancellation policy for details at the
bottom of this page membership cancellation.

Gogaydvd.com at the moment offers
three rental plans:
2 DVD titles per month
$4.99 / limited 2 rentals per month
1 DVD title at a time
$10.99 per month / unlimited
2 DVD titles at a time
$15.99 per month / unlimited
Vermont residents will be charged
6% state tax.
Why are your rates slightly higher than the
other companies?
We realize our rates are slightly higher than the
large rental companies. Your monthly membership fee not only goes towards your
DVD rentals, but directly supports our LGBT and Independent filmmakers, by
supplying a portion of your monthly membership fee to them through the IGVFC
Network and Producers Collaborative. Your support provides more production
finances for our consortium LGBT and Independent filmmakers and is the driving
force behind the IGVFC Network and Producers Collaborative to provide future:
short films, original programming and exciting digital streaming. Creating
filmmaking opportunities for our LGBT and Independent filmmakers for the LGBT
community.
So how do I start renting?
Renting is a snap. Once you create your account (on
our secure sign up page) and receive your gogaydvd.com activation e-mail
(please use the link provided on the e-mail to activate your account), simply
sign in using your username and password and browse our inventory. When you
come across a DVD you want, simply press the "add to wishlist" button
located at the bottom of each DVD description page. Once you've added your
selections to your list, you can view and arrange them anyway you like at
anytime by using the wishlist link located at the members login column on the
left or use the wishlist link at the bottom of each DVD description page. We
will start to send you the top available DVD(s) from your wishlist, depending
upon your membership plan. You can add as many DVD's as you like to your
wishlist, keep your list full so you always have a movie available for
shipping. When you finish viewing your DVD, just slip it back into its sleeve
and place them in the prepaid envelope and drop it in the mailbox. That's it!
When we receive your returned DVD we will immediately process and ship your
next available DVD from your list according to your rental plan. Please allow
at least 1 - 4 days for delivery depending upon your location from our
distribution site.
Does gogaydvd.com rent
Xrated adult films?
Gogaydvd.com DOES NOT rent Xrated films, and
is not a porno site. However many of our films do not have an official rating
and are classified as not rated which may contain some adult content and
language, these films may not be suitable for persons under 18. We do offer a
family category for family viewing.
Do you rent to people outside the United
States?
Gogaydvd.com is not set up at this time to rent
DVDs to people who live outside of the continental United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we only accept MasterCard and Visa
credit cards. After your initial membership setup, your credit card will be
billed on a monthly basis automatically so you do not have to reregister each
month. To protect your privacy your monthly membership will be billed by Organ
Barn Management Co. Inc. not gogaydvd.com.
Does gogaydvd.com store my credit card
information?
During your initial membership set up your credit
card information is transferred by SSL 3.0 (secure sockets layer) to our credit
card processing gateway, Authorize.net. We do not store credit card information
on our live server. Gogaydvd.com is a secure site and is evaluated on a
quarterly basis by Security Matrics (certificate link located on our sign up
page). Please be assured your credit card info.will not be compromised at
gogaydvd.com. If you have questions about the security of your credit card

How do I change my membership plan or cancel
my membership?
You can change or cancel your membership plan
anytime by either e-mailing us at: support@gogaydvd.com
and tell us what you'd like to do, or go to the update subscription page (link
provided in the members login column on the left.) Your account change will
take affect on the next billing cycle. If you choose to cancel your membership,
there are no cancellation fees or penalties. Before we can process your
cancellation request you must first return all gogagydvd.com DVD rentals in
your possession.
